SYDNEY,, June 9. , The real effect of the deregistration of the Seamen's Union will be tested to-day when the Commonwealth Line intends calling for crews for the Eromanga and Dilga which-the seamen refused to man. * . • Calls will be made in the same manner as prescribed in tho cancelled award. . As there is \known to be a large amount of unemployed on the waterfront it is thought that plenty of men will he forthcoming. (Received June 9th, 10.30 p.m.) The seamen refused to l'espond to the Commonwealth Line's call for labour to man the steamers Dilga and Eromanga, stating that they would not join the' ships until the black cargo from the Vwlumnia had been removed from them. .
