| A meeting cf the Dominion Council cf ' tho "W.E.A. is to be held to-day, and will oo ■ attended by Dr. Geo. Thompson (president, Otago District Council), Messrs Betn- • srd VV. Martin (president, Auckland District Council), and M. O'Kano (Wellington District Council), Professor J. Shelley (Canterbury District Council), Messrs H. D. 'Acland (president, Dominion Council), and Geo. Manning- (secretary)- Amongst' tho business to tc dealt with is tho consideration of tho draft constitution' as drawn tip ■by.tho Christchurch Committee of the Do- • minion. Council. The Rambling Club in connexion with tho Christchurch W.E.A. clasps has been duly formed, and the first ramble has been fiied for th* 20th inst. to "Dover Castle," ,on. the Bridle' Path.* Those taking part will go by train to Heathcote. Mr K. M., Laing will be in charge.
