NEW BRIGHTON BOY SCOUTS.
The TroopfcCoinniittee of .tBo New Brighton Boy Scout Troop held a very successful children's fancy dress party in _ Joyland Theatre. The hall was well filled and the children in their many coloured, costumes presented a pleasing sight.
The party was. opened by the Mayor (Mr J. Gamble), while the prizes were presented by Mr D. G. Sullivan, M.P. General arrangements were carried out by District Scoutmaster G. W. Bishop and Mr E. Gott (secretary). Supper arrangements were in the able hands or the ladies of the committee, Iffesdamee Fitchett, Webb, Bellamy ahd Aston, and.several assistants, mate and female. Mrs Bishop arranged the prizes ahd superintended the judging. Scoutmaster F. J. S. Scott.acted as M.C., and was assisted by several ladies.
