Wilson, Provincial secretary, was accepted vi-itJt much regret, and a motion expressing appreciation of. his valued services wa«. adopted.. .Bio. K- Pardom waa elected to fill the,vacancy. The possibility of holding ; the annual, meeting at Aehburton was discussed, it being decided to communicate with the AaMmrton Tent on tho matter. P.P.C. Bnler Bro. A. D.
