LABOUR DEPARTMENT ACTIVITIES. (FUSS ASSOCIATION TELEGBUI.) NEW PLYMOUTH, April 26. It is stated that investigation into the present conditions of work on the waterfront hero are hemp made by the Labour Department with a view to taking legal action against the watersidersj the allegation l being that tie Arbitration Act is being broken by employment of go-slow tactics, which for some time have been delaying work at the port.
