CHRISTCHURCH. Throughout the week good jjuaiitities of apples and penis hare been a-raiiable, and a fair demand has been experienced; prices remain unchanged. Good lines, of .tomatoes hare been rather scarce, and prices realised for these hare been good. A shipment of Fiji feananas is due •to arrive in Chriatchurch on Tuesday nest, and about the same day a shipment of Cook Island oranges and bananas, ex Flora, is also doe. Cape gooseberries are extremely scarce and dear. There has been a plentiful eupplj of all classes of vegetables. . A fair demand was experienced throughout the week, and prices realised veto on a par with, last week's values.
