The British Labour delegation, Which is returning to London, arrived from Sofia to-day, whero they witnessed the cathedral outrage scene.
Colonel Wcdgcwood expressed the opinion that tho outrage was duo solely to dissatisfaction on the part of all the Opposition elements with M, Tznncoff's military dictatorship, which had been arresting and executing opponents without trial.
