A BIG PRODUCTION ! The last word in movie thrills is promised by George Fitzmauxioe in his new Gold-wyn-First .'-Ni'-.tibnai. production, "A Thief in Paradise," which 'comes to Everybody's Tlieatro next week, commencing at the matinee on Monday. Among the scenes to bi offered are an underseas battle between a man and a shark; anothef battle between two men, five fathoms underseas, on the ocean s bed; an elaborate dancing pageant of nymphs, staged at the bottom of the sea; a'poio game in' which a quartet of beautiful blondes aro staged aga,inst as many pretty brunettes (they wear onepiece bathing suits); and a midnight elopement in an airplane. Doris Kenyon, Ronald Colman and Aileen Pringlc are co-featured in the picture, with Claude Giliingwater, Alec Francis and John Patrick heading Iho supporting cast. Colinan stages the two underseas fights, and is paid to have spent five hours, at two-minute intervals, in the briny depths, to get these scenes. Powerful mirrors reflected the sur.light down into the water to afford sufficient illumination for the cameras. He and Miss Kenyon actually mako a nocturnal flight in a 'plane for the elopement scenes. Miss Pringle is said to wear a, costume of 18,OU0 pearls for her dance in the underseas pageant. The story is an adaptation from Leonard Merrick's, widely-read novel, "Tho Worldlings," and the action ranges from the dives of the South Sea, isles to the exclusive social colonies of San Francisco and Del Monte. California.

The bcx plan is now open at The Bristol, ncd intending natrons are advised to book their seats early.
