In connexion with the visit of the Prinee of Wales, the Minister of .lustiei- has ordered the release of all eonviets and prisoners serving criminal sen tenees of six months or less, and remisions ranging from three months to nine months of sentences above six months, excluding life-sentence prisoners and intermediate sentence prisoners. The order is effective from April 30th, the date of the Prince.of Wales's arrival. MANSION IN ARGENTINA. CAUSTBALIAK AND K.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATIOK,' BUEXOS AYRES, April 20. The Government has selected the mansion of Daniel Ortiz Bnaunldo, a wealthy citizen, for the Prinee of Wales's residenco upon his nrrivnl here. After a fourteen hundred miles train journey to Kano and back, the Prince of Wales has returned. Thousands of people lined the streets through which the Royal party passed, and the Princo was enthusiastically greeted.
