The Sofia correspondent of the '•Daily Mail'' says Minkoff wan hiding in a friend's house when the gendarmerie arrived. Minkoff and five comrades violently resisted arrest, throwing grenades. The besiegers took cover, and a pot-shot killed Minkoff, whose supporters then surrendered. Belgrade advises that sixteen thousand Bulgarian Communists have been arrested. Fighting is occurring throughout the country. Four thousand people have been killed. Tho Communists have captured Tcrnova and Tsuribod. The Intcr-Allicd Commission has reported that Bulgaria's request for an increase in her Army is justifiable.
