CONTEMPT OF COURT.
WRIT OF ATTACHMENT. (BY CABLE-PRESS ASSOCIATION—COTYHIOHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATIOH.) (Received April 21st. 11.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 21. The Equity Couifc granted a writ of attachment against Jacob Jo'.iannsen, assistant secretary of the Seamen's Union for alleged contempt of Court. The application was made by Thomas Campbell, a ship's greaser, and a member of the original Fordsdalo crew, who asked for tho issue of a writ, as statements made by Johannsen that ho was not a member of tho Seamen's Union prevented him from obtaining employment. Campbell had previously been granted an. injunction against officials of the Union restraining them from declaring him a non-member of the Union.
