THE ROYAL YACHT.

SEAWORTHINESS QUESTIONED

(bt cable— pbzss a ssoctatiok—copteioht.) (Sroszr "Sdk" SEaviCE.)

LONDON, April 19

The newspaper "People" asserts that the Royal yacht Victoria and Albert is antiquated and unseaworthy, and nearly foundered in a storm going to Genoa, when it was unable to accompany the destroyers to shelter at Gibraltar owing to the impossibility of turning in the heavy seas. It hopes that their Majesties will speedily leave the vessel, which should be scrapped.
