EX-CROWN PRINCE BLAMELESS.

BERLIN, April 19. The _ Supreme Court has concluded its investigations into the .alleged war crimes of the. ex-Grown Prince. It-found that the Crown Prince never ordered the * burning and plundering of villages and towns, and was not responsible for the executions ordered by the military tribunals of his Army corps. It therefore quashes all further proceedings agsinst him.
