MAYOR'S ANNUAL STATEMENT,

At last night's meeting of the Sum* ner Borough Council, tho Mavor ( ilr "VV. H. Nicholson) made tho following statement concerning tho borough 6 finances as at March 31st, 192-sCash balance cr.
