FIRES.

A washhouse behind the dwelling at 35 Mansfield avenue, owned by Mrs H. I\ Wigram, and occupied by Miss E. M. Hill, caught fire yesterday morning at 8.19 o'clock. The contents of the washhouse were badly damaged, but the fire was soon extinguished. Tho content? of the. dwelling-houso are insured for £4OO with the South British Fire Insurance Company.
