PARTIES BEFORE COURT. (B? CABLE—TRESS ASSOCIATION—COPnUOHT) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received November 2oth, 1.15 a.m.) MELBOURNE, November 24. Mr Justice Powers, in the Arbitration Court, heard the parties to the waterside dispute. He asked them to suspend further action and agre.e to observo the present award pending coming to Court next month for a now award. Both sides were adamant, the representative of the ,P. and O. Company stating he would not concede anything concerning preference in Sydney. Mr Justice Powers then said he would not mako any order, as both parties were at fault and had broken the award.
