THINGS GOING BADLY. (by cable—-pbess association— copibiqht) (AUSTRALIAN AKD X.55. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received November 23rd, 5.5 p.m.) MADRID, November 22. An official communique says that military operations in Morocco aro hampered by bad weather and floods in the military camps. Working parties are busy maintaining the lines of communication. General Primo de Rivera is unable to get in touch with Tetuan and the port of Ceuta, which are cut oiT. Wireless calls for assistance have been roceived from shipping. Quantities of supplies were washed away nt Melilla and several sailing vessels sunk outside the port. General Pederico Berenguer was wounded at the moment ho took over command from General Serrano. One lieutenant-colonel was killed and two wounded, in addition to a number of officers and soldiers, mostly of the Native Legion.
