ZANNI'S WORLD FLIGHT. TO BE RESUMED IN SPRING. (bt cable— purse association —coris.iQHT) (AUSTRALIAN AXD K.Z.' CABLE ABfOCIATIOX.) TOKYO, November 21. Major Zanni announces that he has been instructed by his home Government to remain in Japan till the spring, when ho will continue the world flight. Ho has also been offered the post of Military Attache in Tokyo, which he has accepted. . This will enable him to perfect his arrangements for crossing the Pacific. AN EXTRAORDINARY CASE. (AUSTRALIAN AHD ST.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION) LONDON, November 21. The law courts are hearing an extraordinary case in which Andonio Dimaio, father of an airman who was killed in an aviation accident on the seashore at Portici, is suing the pilot of the aeroplane, who escaped unhurt. The father alleges that the pilot was responsible for the accident, because he flew too low in order to watch his sweetheart sea-bathing. It is alleged that the pilot's attention was in this way diverted, and resulted in the crash.
