Sir Robert Home, a former Chancel* lor of the Exchequer, is making a three months' trip to India, Burma, and Ceylon, ag chairman of the National Smelting Company. It has been suggested that he should extend his trip to Australia, New Zealand, and Canada for tha purpose of encouraging the development of Imperial trade. ,
