(SPECIAL TO "THE ?MS5."j BLENHEIM, November 17. Passing through Blenheim on their return to Wellington, the Kailway Commissioners, Sir Bam Fay and Sir Yincent Eavcn, were welcomed l>y Mr W. J. Girling, M.P., and Mr \V. T. Churchward, of the Progress League. It is understood that while the Commissioners declined to commit themselves at this stage, they have completed their South Island tour deeply impressed with the necessity for the completion of the South Island Main Trunk.
