Leadlcy, at the meeting of the City Council last night: In view of the recent unfortunate . drowning fatality at tho Tepid Bath, does tho committee intend to put on extra assistants to watch tho children? 1 notice that no mention of the fatality was made in the report presented to the Council to-night. Or. 0. W. B. Anderson (chairman of the Baths Committee): The committee is taking every precaution that fatalities will not occur.
