A mortgagee's sale, under the conduct of the registrar of the Supreme Couri was held yesterday afternoon by Chas. 'Clark. The property consisted of 48 acres situated in Lower Lake road, Doyleston, including dwelling house and outbuildings. The property was bought by H.M. -the King, at £I4OO.
