MILITARY CONTROL.
GERMANY RESTIVE.
BEELIN, November 14.
Dr. Stresemann, in a speech at Dortmund, declared that the German Government had done its utmost to bring the period of Allied military control to an end. There was only one way of doing so, and that was to permit the Allies to make, a general inspection, which ;Wou]d constitute the final act. He added:. "There can be no doubt the Inter-Allied Commission will admit that Germany is now completely disarmed."
