PERSONS having been in the habit of depositing grass cuttings, hedge trimmings, and other refuse on the sides of the streets in contravention of the Borough ByLaws: — It is hercbv publicly nolitied that on and after MONDAY, November 17th, 19-24, Bylaw No. 1 part 3 paragraph 8-2 wi'l bo strictly enforced. All refuse found deposited on roadways or other public places will be removed by the Council, and the cost of removal charged to the persons responsible, who further will be prosecuted for a. breach of the above-mentioned By-Law. It is also further pub'.icly notified that everv householder MUST provide a REGULATION COVERED BIN for rubbish collection. Refuse placed in make-shiffc tins or leaky vessels of any description will, by order of tho Council, be refused by the collectors.
