PROVINCIAL COUNCIL. The annual meeting of the Provincial Council of the Rechabite Society •vvaa held last night, the Provincial Chief Ruler, Bro. E. A. M. Leaver, presiding. Other dolegates -were:—Brothera Bascand, Robscra, Hassall, Smith, Foster, Forecy, Martin, "Wilson, Harvey, andi Sister Hastings. The annual report, which showed there hod been a substantial increase in membership in the adult and juvenile departments was adopted. The election of officers resulted:—Provincial Chief Ruler, Bro. C. H. Bascand; P.D.C.R., Brother J. Smith; Provincial Secretary, Brother E. Wilson; P.S.J.T., Bro-ther-A. Martin; Provincial Levite, Brother A. Forsey; Minute Secretary, Sister Hastings.

A number of remits to tho approaching District Council were dealt with, and others wera deferred for further consideration.
