BH3I43OUENE, November 14, The Governor (the Earl of Stradbroke) refused Mr Prendergast'a request to dissolve Parliament, and the Ministry baa rcßigned. v ''• The Governor afterwards received separately Mr Allan and Sir Alexander Peacock. Mr AUan was summoned to a further meeting this morning at which jt is expected he will "be given a commission to form a Ministry from the Country Party, Nationalists and liberals. The new Ministry will be sworn in on Monday, and Parliament will meet pn Tuesday.
