GLASS-BLOWING AT SHOW.

A unique demonstration of spinning, weaving, knitting, and blowing of all kinds of glassware novelties and souvenirs .from tho raw material to the finished article, will be given by the American Glass Works .at the Metropolitan Show ' to-day. Kangaroos,' ships with outspreading •sails, snakes, kiwis, smoking pipes, and swans are some of the many articles made entirely ~of.glass in tlieir beautiful natural colours, . but a feature of the. exhibition is spinning glass on a large wheel revolving at a high rate of speed thousands of feet in length, finer" than silk,, and unbreakable. This will be a unique opportunity to see the Glass Works in full operation.
