The Lin-wood ;. Msthcdist. Sunday ;; School celebrated its 30th anniversary on .Sunday. The preachers for the day were, morning, the Rev. P. K.. Paris; .2.45 p.m., Rev. J. "W.. Packer; 6.30 p.m., Rev. B. Dudley. . The children uilder the .baton of Mr S. Harrington assisted by tho choir and friends .gave special ■ choruses and anthems dunng tno ■ day. On Tuesday the anniversary tea and puoUc meeting were held, tie Rev. B. Dudley presiding. A varied, programme was gons through by the • children. Rocitaaons were pjven by Misses .Tcan Simpson, lv?el™ Walk Lily Diamond, and Master Bay .Woodfield.'After the treasurer's and secretary s reports were lead. Mr Voes gay o » VO J7 terestine and instructive blackboard _taJk to the children. At -the conclusion, Mr.Francis, superintendent of the school, distributed tho prizes won during the year.
