MUSSOLINI'S POWER. SIGNIFICANT EPISODES. £»t cable—pj.bss association— coptmgbt) (acstraliah ato h.z. cable association.) (Received November 11th, 7.35 p.m.) LONDON, November 10. The Eome correspondent of the "Daily Express" reports that a strict censorship has been imposed on all telegrams abroad, showing that Italy again is in a state of crisis, conflict having broken out between Signor Mussolini and the Association of Ex-Servicemen, embracing 800,000 members. The exservice men hitherto have worked with the Fascisti, bnt recently a meeting between the two parties was the signal for pitched street battles. Already there have been serious collisions in Borne, Naples, Milan, Turin, and Genoa, including revolver firing in a number of cases. The Fascisti are beating their enemies in the streets. These episodes, combined with the determination of the Opposition not to attend the sittings of the Chamber, are weakening the influence of Mussolini and the Fascists.
