The revenue for tho first seven months ot the current financial year to October 31st, amounts to £12,951,845, and tho expenditure to £14,462,129. These figures may be regarded as satisfactory, seeing that the land and income-tax for the year, has yet to be accounted, as well as the usual heavy customs duties for importations for the summer season.
