(BEUTEB's TEI4CGBAMS.) (Received November 4th, 11.30 pm.) PEKING, November 3. General Feng Yu-Hsiang's representatives demanded Tsao Kun, the late President, to hand over all his seals. An international train from Tientsin has arrived. It was fired on when passing Feng Yu-Hsiang's lines, Our no damage was done. General Wu-Pei-I'u went to Tong-ku early this morning, presumably witii the object of boarding a ship gomg south to the Pei-tsang front, just northward of Tientsin, whie his completely unbroken.
