EMPIRE EXHIBITION.
POSSIBILITY OF REOPENING. (by cable— press association goptbight.) (Sydney "Sun" Service.) LONDON, November 3. The "Daily Mail" ascribes the National revival evidenced at the election to the outcome of Wembley's subconscious influence. Unless the decision to reopen the Exhibition is reached in a week the Dominions will 'be forced to break up their organisations. The decision immediately to engage 500 men in repairing the roads suggests the possibility of reopening under private enterprise in the event of the Treasury's refusal to guarantee £1,000,000, including a portion of the Dominion's expenses.
