Interest runs from the date of receipt of any money by the Company, so that applicants preferring to pay in full on application may do so. SECURITY. The security offered comprises all the property and assets of the West port - Stockton Coal Co. Ltd., present and future, save and except its stocks of coal, its book and other debts, and its uncalled capital, but subject to a previous issue of First Mortgage Debentures of £50,000, of Avhich £49,650 have been issued to date. The Second Debentures now offered will rank next, after the First Debentures, as a charge on the above-mentioned security. The Authorised Capital of the Company is £200,000, of which £197,785 10s. is issued and fully paid. OBJECTS OF ISSUE. The sum of £15,000 is required to bring to completion the Water FlumS being constructed for the transport of Coal to the Railway, with a view to doing away with the greater part of the present electric, haulage system. It is estimated that the completion of this will save the Company £IO,OOO per year, and place it on a payable basis. It has been proved beyond all manner <>f doubt that there is coal in very large quantities in the Wcstport-Stockton field, and there has for some time been a continuous and very satisfactory development. The high quality of Stockton Coal is, of course, well-known. '3: ' As a safe and desirable investment, ensuring a very satisfactory monetary return, the above Debentures should be eagerly subscribed for. REMEMBER: The Security is a fully-developed Coal Field, producing upwards of 500 tons of Coal a day, and already proved to contain sufficient coal to last for-the next fifty years.
