Addressing the Centre Party, Dr. Mark (Chancellor) demanded that Germany should be, freed from military supervision and Germany's colonies re* stored, thus enabling her to obtain raw materials in exchange for manufactured goods. The Chancellor described Germany's responsibility for the war as a fairy tale. He expressed Germany's willingness to eo-operate in disarmament.
