It was slated that accused admitted, while cmnlovrfd as an accountant, lie converted som& of thft firm's money to his own use. At his cccond place of cmployiaent he followed the samoi procedure. Accused's record showed n. 13 mouths' sentence. in London for theft of £BOOO, and in 1922 & s-estence in New Zealand for the theft of £7OO. Accused iva6 sentenced to six months' imprisonment, on epch. of thrfirst tvro charges, tho terms to be con?ix-'i-tive, and was also admitted to probation for sve years.
