ADDINGTON BURGESSES' PICNIC
The Addtngton Burgesses' Association held an initial picnic at Ooe's i v ord on l<abour Way. .Members ironi the ilaiswell Jiurgeasca' Association joined tho party, and an enjoyable outing was spent by all. The members of the Scottish Society's f\po Band contributed items during the aav. The committee—Messrs I'. Mathieson tpicsident), E. Downing, AY. Brown, M. Ciaiic, I', i'alkindcr, O. xrerd, S. j_»<trK, and W. llartigan- worked untiringly to niako tiie function a. tucccss. Toys, sott drinks, and lollies were distributed among ihe- children.
