MAGISTERIAL SATURDAY. (Before Mr H. Y. Widdowaon, S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. A first offender was lined 10s, in default 21 hours' imprisonment. THEFT Arthur Ernest Wilson was charged with the theft, on May 2Gth, »t .Christchurch, of £6 in monoy, the property of Alexander Stanley. Accused pleaded guilty. He was convicted and admitted to probation for twelve mcnths, on condition that Jio refunded the mx-ney.
