FORECAST. Present indications are for strong" anJ squally north-east winds, backing to westerlies in the northernmost districts and southeast to south-weßt winds elsewhere. _ Cold, unsettled weather may be expected with rain probable generally and Bnow on the higher levels in the South. The barometer is unsteady, but will be rising everywhete shortly.
