It is just possible that some of the electrical plant from the English Electric Company was shipped by the Wiltshire, some of the piant was ready a fortnight before the Wilt .aire sailed from England, but, so Lr,.advices of its shipment have not been received. The iiabcock plant could be quickly duplicated by cable, but if elecfncal pluit is on board, the delay will be more serious.
