INTERNATIONAL LOAN PROPOSAL (By Cable—Press Association—Copyrieht.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) PARIS, June 1. The "Echo de Paris'' says that the Bankers' Committee which is considering the question of an international loan to Germany finds that the situation created by Germany's Note is insufficiently clear, and has decided to ask for additional information.
