It is reported that the French and Belgium Governments have accepted in its entirety -America's claim for payment, out of the reparations, of the cost of the army of occupation on the Rhine. The French acceptance was embodied in a most cordial Note written by M. Poincare. (Received April 2nd, 11.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, April I. The State Department has published a French Note, which states that the French Government never had any intention of denying the United States the right to be completely reimbursed for the cost of the army of occupation on the Rhine. CONFIDENCE IN DE. WI^TH. (Receiverl April 2nd, o.n p.m.) BERLIN, April 1. The Rtficlistng, bv 348 votes to 81 expressed confidence in Dr. Wirth's attitude on reparations. It wan the most emphatic vote since the revolution.
