A motion for probate in the estitt of the late Elizabeth Ellen Twigger, wai opposed at tho Supieme Court Msj before Mr Justice Reed by ThornaJ .Twigger, son of tho deceased, on th* grounds that his mother was not in a fit mental state to make a will and that undue influence was exercised by on® of the beneficiaries, J. The caveator called evidence in an endeavour to prove that the illness from which his mother suffered, lethargic encephalitis, had an effect on the ! mind. Witnesses also stated that Mrs Twigger had spoken well of her son and said she would leave her money to him. J Judgment was reserved.
