In the House of Commons, Mr Lloyd George" in reply to a question, said that hitherto the-Government had had ho reason to take exception to t"ho manner in which the terms of tho AngtoRussian trade agreement wore benyj curried out. There had been no evidence of a continuance of Bolshevik propaganda since the agreement was signed. REPORTED STATEMENT BY -- 1 TROTSKY. > ("Th« Times.") (Received April 22nd, 7.80 p.m.) LONDON, April 21. : The Helsingfors correspondent of "The jTimes" says Trotsky is again.rattling : the sabre. In a bombastic address to students ■at n military school,. ho said that ni-xt summer the Soviet would investigate the possibilities of a general offensive in the East, coupled with a war of revenge against Poland. He said the Rod Army at present counted millions of trained and eager fighters and 150,000 officers, .While the output of the muni-tions-factories had increased 400 per cent.
