The chairman seconded the motion, Btftting that a Bimilar request had previously been made, and rejected by the Board. . Mr London said he saw no objection to collecting the subscriptions on a business basis. # : Mr Moss remarked that it was a wonder that the teachers,. who professed to be so anxious to raise the status of the profession, did not show more loyalty to the Institute than was indicated by the request.
