TO THK KDITOR OF "THE PRESS." Sir, —In your issue of the ,18th inst. Mr O'Brien, ..speaking as one of tho representatives of Laoour in the coalminers' dispute, told Mr W. Reece that he objected to anyone charging interest. Can you let me know if trades union funds are invested at interest, or are they not?— Yours, etc., BANKER.
