Dr. Wang, Chief Justice of China, who is en route to Geneva, says he will spend a month in America trying to persuade Canada to oppose the renewal of the Anglo-Japanese Treaty, and President Harding to disown the LansingIshii agreement of 1917, providing for the "open-door" policy in the East.
