NATIONALIST AIMS. (By Association—Copyri|MJ /Router's jL*iegranu.) (Received April 20th, 1.10 a.m.) , v CAIRO, April 18. A statement purporting to represent reliable Nationalist opinion, declares that the Egyptians are unable to accept the agreement based on the Milner proposals unless in accordance, with the Nationalists' reservations. The delegation apparently ifl prepared to enter into negotiations aiming (1) at the abolition of the protectorate, (2) recognition of external and internal independence, (3) respect for the reservations, and (4) a solution guaranteeing Great Britain s and other special foreign interests.
