-4, . ■ ~ The quarterly meeting" of ihei Banks Peninsula KabVt Hoard of Trusteed 'wua held on Saturday at the office, Ouehal street, Christclvurch, there, being -present— Messrs H. T. Chapman, li. Gebbifr, H. A. Nutt, and J. C. C. Gcbbiie. An apology was received from Mr F. H. H. Gardiner, .Mr H. A. Nutt wia elected chairnuui in place of Mr H. T. Chapman, resigned. Correspondence was dealt with from the Minister and District Superintendent 'of Agriculture authorising tho chairman to approve of prosecutions. The Audit Inspector wrote asking- what clops badbeen' token regarding- the outstanding, rates. Tiio secretary wa% instructed to reply that a number of accounts had been handed to the solicitors to sue for. The icports of the" inspectors were read and discussed. The secretary reported that £363 On lOd had been received during tho past quarter. It was decided, on the motion 'of Messrs J; C. C. a-nd R. Gebbie, (to ask tho Minister of Agriculture* to approve of Mr H. A. Nutt, the newly-elected chairman, consenting to prosecutions in place of Mr H. T. Chapman.
