The F.I.A.T. works at Turin have closed down, and 13,000 workers have been dismissed owing to their refusal to submit to partial dismissals: DUTCH COAL MINERS. AMSTERDAM, April 6. The Coal Commission is discussing wage reductions. The miners are demanding State aid to maintain the present rates. The owners now offer a continuance of the present wages during Ap il, with a 6 per cent, reduction next month.
