("The iin«'') (Received April 7th, 1.30 a.m.) BUDAPEST, April 6. The ex-Emperor . Karl's departure from Steinamanger was accompanied by moving scenes. A large crowd commenced singing the Hungarian National Anthem Karl appeared on the balcony, and was tremendously cheered. Karl expressed himself as convinced that ho would return within a brief period, and issued a declaration which, it is understood, will be published by the Hungarian Government, as follows: "I am leaving because of the conviction that the time is not yet come to take over the right of governing. I cannot permit the maintenance of that right which would entail a disturbance of tihe present peace. I leave tho land as the crowned King of Hungary." Colonel Lehar, Karl's most ardent supporter, lias resigned from the Hungarian Army, ostensibly on tho ground of ill-health, and is voluntarily snaring Karl's exile.
